My engine light went on and I drove in without an appointment worried about engine damage. They kindly squeezed me in and sorted everything out. I didn’t have an appointment, and they didn’t have to, but I am grateful they did. I have been driving Mazda’s for 15yrs now and this is hands down the dealership/service dept I appreciate most in the city.
